We are looking for a Head Chef to run one of our kitchens allowing us to transfer chefs internally.
The successful applicant will ideally have been a Head Chef elsewhere for 2 years, have all relevant training including Health & Hygeine Level 2 and First Aid. We work a 5 day week covering approximately 55 hrs. Responsibilities will include entire running of kitchen ie profit margins, wage percentages, consistency of quality of food including presentation, conformation to all Health & Hygiene/Safety requirements, menu planning, maintenance etc. Our menus consist of freshly prepared dishes including pasta, pizzas, sandwiches from breakfast to dinner and can be downloaded from our website.
